This service started because phone calls were being ignored, Weigh Stations are closed, and the State website is not very user-friendly. After hearing complaints from numerous sources complaining how difficult it can be to navigate the website or select the proper permit, it was decided to start this Permit Service to provide a better option with smaller fees compared to the competition.
